Please note order shipping time is 4 to 8 weeks via international parcel post. Expedited shipping is available. We are are closed on Fridays.

Please find the following information regarding shipping, payment and returns below. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

1:ORDERS

We generally ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. For expidited orders or special timings, please emails us directly or leave such direction in Paypal instructions. You will receive an email confirming your order.  The Omani weekend is Friday & Saturday. We are unable to ship on those days or any holiday.  Please be advised at times the shipping wait time may be weeks dependng on c.ustoms clearance and local post.   

.Also, service is significantly slowed during the holy month of Ramadan and national holidays.

2:SHIPPING

Due to price increases from Oman Post in 2018,  please note the follwing changes.

 

1. Shipping to Non-USA countries (Orders under 2kg)

  • Flat Rate 11USD.  Average 2 to 8 weeks delivery time 

  • Expedited EMS shipping - 49 USD  or Request Price.  3 days to 2 weeks delivery time

 

3. Shipping to USA

  • Products available online - Standard Shipping - FREE

  • Expedited $25

 

4. Wholesale

  • 11 USD Handling Fee  or Non USA & no shipping fee. To USA FREE.

4:RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to ten (10) days from the date you receive your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unused and in the original box and/or packaging or equivelant. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns must be shipped by recorded delivery.  Nor, can we accepted returns for any cosmetic products or henna.  Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we are happy to work with you.  Please contact us within ten days to indicate your intent to return or exchange at frankincenseshoppe@gmail.com. We will confirm the return or exchange within 48hr on business days with instructions. Only confirmed returns will be accepted.
